Regulations for Administrating Pilots Article 14

Any person who acquires a Class B Pilot License is limited to pilot in inland rivers and lakes for the vessels of under 3,000 gross tonnage, unless approved by the shipping administration authority.Pilots that meet the conditions of the previous paragraph, who possess two years of piloting experience, and have not experienced license suspension pursuant to the Law, are authorized to pilot vessels exceeding 3,000 of gross tonnage.If a pilot has had its license suspended, as mentioned in the previous paragraph, the years of suspension shall be deducted from his/her term of service.
