Law:: Regulations for Administrating Pilots

Pilots are classified into two categories as follows:I. A “Class A Pilot” refers to an individual who may pilot a vessel of the tonnage prescribed in Article 13 in a port and its coast.II. A “Class B Pilot” refers to an individual who may pilot a vessel of the tonnage prescribed in Article 14 in inland rivers and lakes.

二、乙種引水人，指得在內河、湖泊引領第十四條規定噸位船舶航行之引水人。
