Simple Life Insurance Act Article 39
After Chunghwa Post is fined and is ordered to take corrective action within a certain time period in accordance with the Act hereof, in the case that Chunghwa Post fails to take corrective action by the given time limit, fines can be levied each time a violation occurs.
