For foreign investment assets held, a foreign exchange price fluctuation reserve shall be set aside from other liabilities.The aggregate limit of reserves and methods of setting aside and offsetting referred to in the preceding paragraph, and other items to be complied with, shall be subject to the regulations of FSC.
