Group individual life insurance as mentioned in the preceding article shall enjoy a premium discount; the discount amount and methods shall be separately negotiated by the insurer and the proposer.The insurer shall submit a report of the aforementioned situation to the FSC for approval and notify the Ministry of Transportation and Communications in writing.
