Regulations Governing Enrollment in Postal Simple Life Insurance Policies Article 22
In the case that the insured becomes disabled or deceased because of disease, birth or accident, the beneficiary shall fill out a claim form and submit it to the insurance handling branch along with the policy, the doctor’s diagnosis in writing and other related certificates.The insured shall be the beneficiary of the aforementioned disability benefit in the preceding paragraph.

被保險人因疾病、分娩或意外傷害而失能或死亡時，受益人應填具保險金申請書，連同保險單、診斷證明書及其他有關證明文件，一併送交經辦郵局申請保險給付。
