Fines as specified herein shall be levied by the FSC. Nonetheless, for fines specified under paragraph 6 of Article 26 hereof, the CBC shall have final authority.The MOTC shall be duly informed of the foregoing fines levied by the FSC and CBC.If Chunghwa Post fails to pay fines levied in accordance with this Act within the given time limit, it shall be subject to compulsory enforcement by law.

本法所定之罰鍰，由金融監督管理委員會處罰之。
但第二十六條第六款之處罰，由中央銀行為之。
前項金融監督管理委員會及中央銀行所為之處罰，應通知交通部。
依本法所處之罰鍰，經限期繳納，屆期不繳納者，依法移送強制執行。
