For an international registered letter-post item, the sender may request to restrict the delivery to the addressee in person.Apart from paying a restricted delivery fee, the cover of the mail should bear an expression, either in French or English (which are both commonly used for international mail), that means “to the addressee only” on the cover of the mail item.

國際掛號函件得依寄件人之申請，限定投交收件人本人親收。
