Should a professional car driver fail to have his/her driver licenses reviewed within the designated time period, he/she shall be fined from NT$300 to NT$600; if it exceeds over 1 year from the designated time, he/she driver license shall be revoked without notice.The professional car driver whose driver license has been revoked as detailed in the above paragraph may apply a general driver license as the same level of vehicle.
中文原文 道路交通管理處罰條例第26條
職業汽車駕駛人，不依規定期限，參加駕駛執照審驗者，處新臺幣三百元以上六百元以下罰鍰；逾期一年以上者，逕行註銷其駕駛執照。
前項經逕行註銷駕駛執照之職業汽車駕駛人，得申請換發同等車類之普通駕駛執照。
