In the event of any of the following, the driver’s license for a car driver shall be suspended for 3 months:1. Lending a driver’s license for use by another person.2. Allowing vehicles to be operated by a person without a driver’s license or with a suspended, cancelled, or revoked driver’s license.
中文原文 道路交通管理處罰條例第23條
汽車駕駛人有下列情形之一者，吊扣其駕駛執照三個月：
一、將駕駛執照供他人駕車。
二、允許未領有駕駛執照、駕駛執照經吊銷、註銷或吊扣之人，駕駛其車輛。
