Parking operation businesses shall examine whether the collection and processing of personal information complies with the specific purpose and statutory requirements prescribed in Article 19 of the Act.Parking operation businesses shall examine whether the use of personal information complies with the necessary scope of the specific purpose prescribed in Paragraph 1, Article 20 of the Act. If personal information is used outside the specific purpose, parking operation businesses shall examine whether the use of personal information complies with the statutory requirements outside the specific purpose.
