Parking operation businesses shall examine whether the Security Plan is appropriate by taking into account the operation, public opinions, technological development, and changes in laws and regulations, and may modify it when necessary.The Security Plan referred to in the preceding paragraph shall be submitted to the local authority in charge for future reference within six months after modification.
