These Regulations shall be effective upon the day of promulgation.For the amendment of this regulation published on april 282022, the date of entry into force shall be determined by the Ministry of Transportation and Communications（These Regulations are made in Chinese, which shall prevail in case of any discrepancy between the English translation and the Chinese original.）
