If the vehicles specified in Subparagraph 3 of Paragraph 1, Article 7 are vehicles with the buy back records of insurance, accident or safety recalls, “recycled vehicle” shall be marked on the Type Approval Certificates, registration document, and vehicle licenses.If the vehicle specified in Paragraph 1 of Article 38 have damages or defects, after the certification institution report to MOTC and considers there is safety concern, relevant information about damages or defects of the import vehicle and damages or defects have been repaired, shall be marked on the Type Approval Certificates, registration document and vehicle licenses.
中文原文 車輛型式安全審驗管理辦法第38條
第七條第一項第三款國外已領照使用但未報廢之車輛，有保險、事故或安全性瑕疵回收紀錄者，應於其合格證明書、新領牌照登記書及行車執照標註「回收車輛」。
前項車輛有破損或缺陷情形，審驗機構報經交通部認定有影響行車安全之虞者，應於其合格證明書、新領牌照登記書及行車執照標註相關車輛進口時之破損或缺陷情形及已修復等資訊。
