If offer certificate owner offers the Type Approval Certificate Document for use by other person, MOTC may order the owner to improve within a requested time period. If the owner fails to improve within the time, MOTC shall revoke entire or part of the Type Approval Certificate Document.Those who use without authorization, counterfeits or forges the Type Approval Certificate Document shall be punished according to the Article 77-1 of Highway Act.

合格證明書申請者提供合格證明書予他人冒用者，交通部得令其限期改善，屆期不改善或未完成改善者，廢止其全部或一部之合格證明書。
冒用、偽造或變造合格證明書者，依公路法第七十七條之一規定處罰。
