MOTC shall conduct periodic or non-periodic supervising audit over the certification institution.If there is non-conformity found in the supervising audit specified above, certification institution shall make improvement within the period specified by MOTC. If the certification institution does not improve or improve within the requested period, MOTC may abolish the entire or partial authorization of the type approval.

交通部對審驗機構應定期或不定期實施監督稽查。
前項監督稽查有缺失之情形者，審驗機構應依交通部通知限期改善，逾期未完成改善或不改善時，得廢止其全部或一部之審驗委託。
