The MOTC may authorize professional technical Institution with specialties in vehicle and has ability and testing facilities (hereinafter, the professional institution) to conduct the investigation specified in the previous article and check the effectiveness of recall and correction.The MOTC shall issue the authorization and it’s relevant Regulations and publish on government gazettes or newsletters.

交通部得委託具有汽車安全性調查能力及設有檢驗設備之車輛專業技術機構（以下簡稱專業機構）辦理前條之調查及召回改正成效查核事宜。
