Highway Act Article 81

This Act is enforced since the date of its promulgation, except for the enforcement date of Article 35 which had been revised and promulgated on May 07th 1997 which shall be determined by the Executive Yuan.Paragraph 3 of Article 65 amended on May 24, 2022 shall take effect on 1 year after the publication date on which the amendment came into effect.Article 58 of this Act amended on Nov. 21, 2023 shall take effect on a date determined by the Executive Yuan.
