The highway authorities may allow highway operation enterprises to operate passenger transportation route services with priority in the highways that the enterprise built.This article also applies to special highways open to passengers and goods transportation.
中文原文 公路法第69條
公路經營業經公路主管機關核准興建之公路，公路主管機關得准其優先經營該路線之客運。
前項規定，於專用公路開放供客、貨運輸者準用之。
