Passengers riding without tickets (or permits) or use invalid tickets (or permits) should be required to purchase tickets, and may be charged an additional 50% of the original price unless there is a valid reason. 旅客無票（證）乘車或持用失效票（證），應補收票價；如無正當理由，並得加收百分之五十票價。
運送物之名稱、性質或數量，如汽車運輸業對託運人之申報有疑義時，得檢驗之；檢驗結果，認所收運費不足者，按四倍以下之差額補收之。
