To improve the operating environment for public transport, the competent authority shall establish a priority and privilege system of traffic lane for public transport.The regulation governing the condition, planning, design, construction and operation of the priority and privilege system of traffic lane in the preceding paragraph shall be prescribed by the competent authority.

主管機關為改善大眾運輸營運環境，得建立大眾運輸使用道路之優先及專用制度。
前項優先及專用之條件、規劃、設計、興建及營運等事項之辦法，由主管機關定之。
