The Act is enacted to improve the service quality, to establish complete systems, and to promote the sustainable development of public transportation.Matters not fully provided in this Act shall be governed by other laws.

為提升大眾運輸服務水準，建立完善之大眾運輸系統，促進大眾運輸永續發展，特制定本條例。
