The Taiwan International Ports Corporation, Ltd. Establishment Act Article 1
The Ministry of Transportation and Communications establishes the Taiwan International Ports Corporation, Ltd. (herein, TIPC) as the public enterprise responsible to manage and operate the International commercial ports. The provisions of this act govern the establishment of TIPC.TIPC is a public enterprise wholly owned and operated by the Government of the Republic of China.
