Act of the establishment of State-Run International Airport Park Corporation Limited Article 17
Airport Corporation shall actuarially calculate and establish the required funds for the retirement pensions for its employees.Within five years from the date of its establishment, Airport Corporation shall ensure there are adequate retirement funds for the caretakers (including technicians and drivers) who are transferred to Airport Corporation on the date Airport Corporation is established.
