Regulations for Implementing the Energy Management Law Article 2

Provisions governing the adjustment, restriction, or prohibition specified under Clause 1 of Article 6 of this Law shall cover the following:1. Provisions governing the adjustment of the balanced energy supply and demand in different regions.2. Provisions governing gas storage facilities to be constructed by enterprises involved in gas supply to cities.3. Other provisions relevant to adjustments, restrictions and prohibitions.
