The term “central competent authority” as used in these Regulations refers to the Ministry of Economic Affairs (hereinafter referred to as “the Ministry”).Matters stipulated in Articles 7 to 11 and Articles 13 to 18 may be delegated by the central competent authority to the Energy Administration, Ministry of Economic Affairs for handling.
