The disbursement of reward funds for the implementation and installation stage shall be as follows:1. Within one month after the completion of the installation of renewable energy power generation equipment (or including energy storage equipment) in accordance with the Implementation Plan, the reward recipient shall submit the following documents to the Ministry to apply for the disbursement of reward funds:(1) Application form for the disbursement of reward funds for the implementation and installation stage (see Attachment 9).(2) Copy of the renewable energy power generation equipment registration document or the electricity enterprise license.(3) Copy of the reward approval notification letter.(4) Proof of budget allocation.(5) Receipt for the reward funds.2. Amount of disbursement: The lower of the reward amount calculated based on the actual installation cost of the renewable energy power generation equipment (or including energy storage equipment) or the approved reward amount shall be disbursed.The receipts for reward funds referred to in the preceding Article and the preceding paragraph shall specify the name of the “Reward Program for Demonstration of Renewable Energy Installation in Indigenous Areas,” the reward amount, the full title and seal of the receiving unit and responsible person, the name and account number of the bank account for fund transfer and shall be affixed with the seal of the unit.Attachment 9 Application Form for the Disbursement of the Implementation and Installation Stage Reward Funds under the Reward Program.PDF
