Renewable Energy Development Act Article 11
For renewable energy power equipment and energy storage equipment with development potential, in the preliminary stage of technical development, the central competent authority may provide a relevant encouraging reward within a certain period for the purpose of demonstration.For cooperatives, civil power plants jointly established by the public of a community, or renewable energy power generation and energy storage equipment installed in indigenous areas, the central competent authority may provide a relevant reward within a certain period for the purpose of demonstration.Regulations governing the aforesaid reward for demonstration shall be prescribed by the central competent authority.

對於具發展潛力之再生能源發電設備及儲能設備，於技術發展初期階段，中央主管機關得基於示範之目的，於一定期間內，給予相關獎勵。
對於合作社、社區公開募集之公民電廠或設置於原住民族地區之再生能源發電設備及儲能設備，中央主管機關得基於示範之目的，於一定期間內，給予相關獎勵。
前二項示範獎勵辦法由中央主管機關定之。
