Natural Gas Enterprise Act Article 53
Natural gas enterprises shall report the quantity of gas supplied, user categories, and number of users monthly, as well as the operating revenue, expenditures, profits, and losses every six months to the central competent authority.The regulations regarding the report items, formats, reporting deadlines, and other matters to be complied with by a natural gas enterprise stated in the preceding paragraph shall be prescribed by the central competent authority.

天然氣事業應每月將供氣數量、用戶類別、戶數資料及每半年將營業收支盈虧狀況，向中央主管機關申報。
