Natural Gas Enterprise Act Article 27
The installation or maintenance of pipelines by natural gas production or import enterprises, when recognized by the central competent authority as necessary for the supply of natural gas utility enterprises, shall apply mutatis mutandis to the provisions of Article 23 to the preceding article.
