Natural Gas Enterprise Act Article 17
In the event of any type of disaster or emergency occurring within natural gas enterprises, or in the situation stated in the preceding article, the enterprise shall simultaneously report to the competent authorities at all levels.The regulations regarding the matter to be reported, the deadlines, methods, procedures, and other related matters for reporting stated in the preceding paragraph shall be prescribed by the central competent authority.

天然氣事業發生各類災害、緊急事故或有前條所定情形時，應同時通報各級主管機關。
