Natural Gas Enterprise Act Article 11
The gas supply license issued under Paragraph 1 of the preceding article shall specify the following information:1. Name and registered address of the company;2. The responsible person;3. Paid-in capital;4. Gas supply areas.If any of the information in the license stated in the preceding paragraph changes, the natural gas utility enterprise shall, within 15 days from the date of change, submit relevant documents to the competent authority of the municipality or county (city), which shall subsequently forward the documents to the central competent authority for issuance of a revised gas supply license.

前條第一項之供氣營業執照，應載明下列事項：
一、事業名稱及本公司所在地。
二、負責人。
三、實收資本額。
四、供氣區域。
前項執照所載事項變更者，公用天然氣事業應自變更之日起十五日內，檢具相關文件，報經直轄市、縣（市）主管機關轉請中央主管機關辦理換發供氣營業執照。
