Hot Spring Act Article 31
The central authority-in-charge, in consultation with appropriate central government agencies, shall prescribe the enforcement rules of this Act.Any hot spring proprietor who has developed hot springs but fails to obtain legitimate licenses shall remedy the situation by July 1, 2013.
