Regulations for Management of Water Efficiency Label Article 4
An applicant who is an individual shall be at least 18 years of age and shall have the nationality of the Republic of China. For legal persons, they shall be corporate juridical persons or other legal persons established by law. For a group, it shall be a professional body or social group established according to the Civil Organizations Act.
