When the water efficiency label use license application is examined as complying with the provisions of the regulations, the central competent authority shall issue licenses for the use of the water efficiency label.For the product specifications of an annex that have a classified grading, the gold grade or the general grade of the water efficiency label use license shall be issued accordingly.
