Enforcement Rules for Water Supply Act Article 12
After the work proposal for own-use water supply equipment depicted in the first paragraph, Article 73 of the Act has been approved and recorded, the proprietor shall notify the local government authority (municipal, county, or city) to make inspection when starting the equipment installation work.
