Water Supply Act Article 90
A water supply enterprise shall not charge users any fees other than those specified in its approved operating rules. In case of violation, the authority-in-charge shall order the water supply enterprise to refund the overcharge to users.

自來水事業於法令核定之營業規則外，不得向自來水用戶增收任何費用；如有違反時，主管機關應勒令其將超收費用退還用戶。
