Water Supply Act Article 73
Persons who plan to install water supply equipment for self-use may not start the construction until they have submitted the application and construction plan to the local authority-in-charge for registration and approval.Persons who have installed water supply equipment for self-use before the promulgation of this Act shall submit the documents to register within 6 months from the promulgation of this Act.

凡設置自用自來水設備者，應於開工前檢具申請書、工程計劃書向所在地主管機關申請核准登記後，始得施工。
本法施行前已設置之自用自來水設備，應於本法施行日起六個月內補辦核准登記。
