Water Supply Act Article 5
The following matters shall fall under the jurisdiction of authority-in-charge at the county, city or bureau level:The planning and implementation of the proposal of water supply enterprises within the county, city or bureau.2. The planning and implement of the proposal of water supply enterprises within the county, city or bureau.3. The administration of water supply enterprises operated by public utilities within the county, city or bureau.4. The supervision and guidance of water supply enterprises operated by public utilities within the townships or towns.5. The supervision and guidance of water supply enterprises operated by private entities within the county, city or bureau6. Other matters regarding water supply enterprises within the county, city or bureau.

一、有關縣（市）（局）內自來水事業單行規章之訂定事項。
二、有關縣（市）（局）自來水事業計劃之訂定及實施事項。
三、有關縣（市）（局）公營自來水事業之經營管理事項。
四、有關鄉鎮公營自來水之監督及輔導事項。
五、有關縣（市）（局）內民營自來水事業之監督及輔導事項。
六、其他有關縣（市）（局）內之自來水事業事項。
