Water Supply Act Article 21
The term “self-use water supply equipment” as referred to herein shall mean water supply equipment exclusively for own use and yielding more than 30 cubic meters of water per day.The term “yield” mentioned in Paragraph 1 hereof shall mean the capacity of equipment to output water.

本法所稱自用自來水設備，係指專供自用之自來水設備，其出水量每日在三十立方公尺以上者。
