Water Supply Act Article 1
This Act is enacted for the purposes of promoting the rational development of water supply enterprises and enhancing the effective management of their operations for a sufficient supply of quality water, improving the living environments of people, and promoting industrial and business development.For matters not provided herein, other applicable laws shall govern.

為策進自來水事業之合理發展，加強其營運之有效管理，以供應充裕而合於衛生之用水，改善國民生活環境，促進工商業發達，特制定本法。
