If the Reclaimed Water Operator fails to apply in accordance with the provisions of the preceding Article, or the application in accordance with the preceding Article does not pass, the Competent Authority shall give notice to the reclaimed water operator 6 months before the expiration of the operation permit, that restoration to the original condition shall be made or that appropriate measures shall be taken within a time limit. Where there is failure to do so within such time limit, the disposal shall be handled by the Competent Authority in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
