Regulations on Governing the Establishment Approval for Reclaimed Water Operators and the Approval for Reclaimed Water Development Project Article 14
After the Reclaimed Water Development Project has passed inspection, the Reclaimed Water Operator shall attach the licenses, permits and approvals obtained in accordance with the building laws and regulations, fire fighting laws and regulations and the environmental pollution laws and regulations, and apply to the Competent Authority for the issuance of the operation permit.
