Regulations on Governing the Developer’s Use of Reclaimed Water Article 4
These Regulations were amended and promulgated on August 8, 2023. For a water consumption plan approved prior to the promulgation of these Regulations on February 1, 2024, if the scheduled water intake quantity in the water consumption plan cumulatively reaches 20,000 cubic meters per day or more due to modified development, the increased portion of the quantity shall subject to the preceding Article.If the calculations in the preceding Paragraph conclude that the quantity of systemic reclaimed water shall be used daily is less than 1,000 cubic meters per day, such may be exempted from using systemic reclaimed water.

本辦法中華民國一百十二年八月八日修正發布，一百十三年二月一日施行前，已核定之用水計畫，因變更開發行為致用水計畫之計畫用水量累計達每日二萬立方公尺以上者，其擴增水量部分，依前條規定辦理。
前項核計每日應使用系統再生水量未達一千立方公尺者，得免使用系統再生水。
