Regulations on Governing the Developer’s Use of Reclaimed Water Article 2
The municipal or county (city) competent authority shall announce the total quantity of effluent and systemic reclaimed water in its jurisdiction, available quantity for application in its jurisdiction, and related information before the end of February and August each year.
