Enforcement Rules for Water Act Article 25
If the application form and support documents submitted by an applicant for water right registration pursuant to Article 29 of the Act has any of the following situations, the authority-in-charge should notify the applicant to remedy the situation in fifteen (15) days following the receipt of application:1. The information provided in the application form is unclear.2. The support documents are incomplete.3. The application is made by an agent but no power of attorney is provided.4. Other nonconformities of forms.

申請人依本法第二十九條規定申請水權登記時，申請書及其相關書件有下列情形者，主管機關應於收受申請書起十五日內通知其補正：
一、申請書內容填註不明。
二、證明文件不完備。
三、由代理人申請登記而未附委任書。
四、其他不合法令規定之程式。
