The term “public utility” depicted in Article 26 of the Act refers to one of the following:1. National defense facilities.2. Water supply enterprises.3. Public health.4. Public buildings of the central or local government.5. State-run enterprises.6. Other enterprises run by the government for the purpose of public interest.

本法第二十六條所稱公共事業，指下列情形之一：

二、自來水事業。

四、中央或地方之公共建築。
五、國營事業。
