Water Act Article 93-5

In case of violating the first and second paragraphs of Article 46, Article 47, the first and second paragraphs of Article 54-1, Article 63-5, Article 78, Article 78-1, or Article 78-3, and the second paragraph of Article 65 pertaining to restriction in land use, or the first paragraph of Article 93, the authority-in-charge may confiscate the facilities, machinery, apparatuses or tools used by the offender and put them to public auction.
