Water Act Article 39
Water right holder shall install a water meter at the location of water intake, and file an annual water consumption record based on monthly water usage and actual volume in use.The authority-in-charge may inspect the meter and water consumption under the preceding paragraph from time to time.

水權人應在取水地點裝置量水設備，並將全年之逐月用水情形、實用水量，填具用水紀錄表報查。
