Regulations Governing Implementation of Management System Certification Article 9
The BSMI shall approve certification registration and the use of the certification mark based on the certification type or scope of products, services or activities specified in the application documents of the organizations that are assessed to be in compliance with certification requirements and then shall issue a certificate.The certificate in the preceding paragraph shall be valid for three years, which may be amended by BSMI when necessary. However, if BSMI designated the implementation period for a type of certification in accordance with Article 3-2, the validity period for certification in the preceding paragraph shall be shorter than the implementation period.The format of the certificate and the certification mark mentioned in the previous paragraph will be prescribed by the BSMI.

經評鑑符合驗證標準之廠商，標準檢驗局按其申請驗證類別及產品、服務或活動項目，核准其認可登錄及使用認可登錄標誌，並發給驗證證書。
前項驗證證書有效期間為三年，必要時，得由標準檢驗局調整之。
但驗證類別經標準檢驗局依第三條第二項指定實施期間者，驗證證書有效期間應短於實施期限。
